3] The watermelon diet

Characteristic of this diet is that the breakfast is the same for every day during diet.

Day 1

Breakfast: Eat a slice of watermelon, one slice of toast, a cup of coffee or tea without sugar.
Lunch: 100g boiled beef, 150 g of rice with tomato sauce and a slice of watermelon.
Dinner: 40g of cheese a slice of toast and a slice of watermelon.

Day 2

Lunch: vegetable soup, 100g boiled beef with one boiled potato.
Dinner: 100g of fish grilled, and a slice of toast and one of watermelon.

Day 3

Lunch: 40g spaghetti with tomato sauce and any quantity of watermelon.
Dinner: a vegetable salad, and a slice of watermelon.

Day 4

Lunch: a bowl of cream soup vegetable, 50g of boiled chicken breast with a slice of toast and a slice of watermelon.
Dinner: 1 boiled potato with herbs and any amount of watermelon.

Day 5

Lunch: 150g of fish and rice with tomato sauce.
Dinner: 50g rice with mushrooms and tomato sauce, and a slice of watermelon.
