Use more Spices

Marjoram, basil, thyme, cumin, rosemary, pepper (white and black), curry, garlic powder or chilli are just some of dozens of spices that make food taste absolutely wonderful. Obviously, they will not fully compensate for lack of salt, but the food will taste very good. For best results, you can use mixed.

Tips:

-Read all labels carefully and avoid products purchased ingredients such as salt, sodium or sodium mono-glutamate.

Warning: Most sweets (even cakes from confectionery) containing salt. So if you’re craving sweet, you can grab the hand of a sweet label supermarket product and to find those without salt, or to prepare your own at home.
