This diet was printed back in 1967.

This diet is a diet of emergency and is used to wipe up to 2 kg in 48 hours.

Ideal is to lose weight slowly, but if necessary, you can follow this diet.

The meals for this diet are the same for both days.

It has 900 calories and is balanced and secure.

You MUST only eat/drink what is on this article for this diet to work.

Breakfast

Option 1:  1 cup (250 ml) light soy milk beaten with 1 banana and 1 tablespoons of flax seed
Option 2:  1 cup (250 ml) light soy milk beaten with a frozen pulp of red fruits (strawberry, blackberry or raspberry) – 2 crackers

Snack

Option 1:  ½ papaya and juice of ½ lemon
Option 2:  1 kiwi fruit 30 minutes before lunch – 1 cup of tea (no sweetener)

Lunch

Option 1:  green salad (lettuce, watercress, arugula, endive) with 2 tablespoons grated carrot and 2 tablespoons whole rice – 150 grams grilled fish
Option 2:  green salad from ½ medium sweet potato, 2 tablespoons baked pumpkin with rosemary and a drizzle of olive oil – 150 grams grilled chicken

Snack 1

Option 1:  a nut
Option 2:  4 unsalted almonds

Snack 2

Option 1:  250 ml of watermelon juice with ginger
Option 2:  250 ml of green juice (1 orange, cabbage leaf, ginger, cold water) – 1 cup of tea (no sweetener)

Dinner

Option 1:  green salad; 2 tablespoon of steamed broccoli soup – omelet from 2 eggs and chili
Option 2:  1 bowl of vegetable soup

Supper

Option 1:  250 ml of coconut water
Option 2:  3 slices of pineapple, ½ lemon juice and ginger
