Weekly Meal Plan

Are you ready to turn your health around in seven days?

The idea is to eat light every two hours.

The quick one week diet allows you to lose up to 8 lbs in a week (that’s almost 4 kilos in one week).

For best results, you must follow the diet without skipping any meal.

You will also need to exercise regularly and drink at least two liters of water a day to help invigorate the body and to satiate hunger.

NOTE: It is absolutely forbidden to consume alcohol.

 Every day for one week:

8 am – a cup of coffee or herbal tea, without sugar

10 am – a thin slice of cheese (25 grams)

12 am – lean meat, only boiled (150 grams)

2 pm – dietary cheese (no fat) (200 grams)

4 pm – 2 cups tomato juice or 2 fresh tomatoes; or you can choose two glasses of fruit juice (NO bananas)

6 pm – 1 hard boiled egg

8 pm – 1 yogurt (No Fat)

10 pm – 1 any fruit (NO banana)
