Fortunately, there are some simple exercises that can eliminate the effects of physical and mental stress. More than that, it is not necessary to go to the gym to practice them and you will always find time to sneak them into your daily program.
These exercises will also help you to eliminate fatigue in the most affected body areas such as hips, lower back, shoulders and neck.

Cardio helps eliminate stress. There are many cardio exercises from which you can choose the one that suits you best such as cycling, running, elliptical trainer, swimming, walking, aerobics, etc
You can do these exercises at home, on the road or at the gym. Sweating and using your muscles give you a stress reliever feeling and help you to lose weight.
Mountain pose is a simple technique that you can do even at work.
1| Stand with your feet slightly apart and kept straight.
2| Stretch your arms above your head and put them together like a crown.
3| Stretch them to the ceiling for at least 45 seconds.
UPWARD FACING DOG POSE
Upward facing dog pose allow you to relax your chest and shoulders, which are usually, strained due to the stress.
1| Lie down on your abdomen.
2| Stretch your legs back.
3| Place your arms with the palms on the floor on the both sides of your torso.
4|Straighten your arms and bring your hips and chest up off the floor. Only your feet remain on the floor.
5|Sitting in your hands, stretch the sides of your body keeping the neck long.
6| Remain in this pose for at least 30 seconds.
Camel pose helps you to relieve the tensions in the chest and hips.
1| Kneel on the floor with your legs slightly apart.
2|Then lean gently back trying to touch your heels with your fingertips.
3| Do this exercise for 30 seconds.
Usually, persons under stress tend to hold their breath, which may adversely affect their whole body. Therefore, in case of stress it is highly recommended to do the following breathing exercise.
1| Inhale deeply through your nose.
2| Hold your breath a few seconds.
3| Exhale through your mouth.
4| Repeat this exercise several times.
SUPINE SPINAL TWIST POSE
This is a twisting exercise that helps you get rid of all accumulated stress in your lower back, neck and shoulders.
1| Lay down back on the floor and bring your both knees to your chest.
2| Hold your left knee to your chest and stretch the other one on the floor.
3| Try to twist from the waist down with one knee to your chest and under it the other one well stretched.
4|Then try to look in the opposite direction i.e. over the bent knee.
5| Repeat the whole exercise with the other leg.
