1. The first morning you will want to drink 8 glasses of warm water. This gets the flow of digestive enzymes flowing throughout your body.

2. During every meal you eat throughout the day, be sure to eat some whole grains such as brown rice or cheerios. You will also want to make sure each meal includes at least 3 fresh fruits and vegetables

3. If you decide to eat a salad with your meals, be sure to include some fish oil or vinegar. These are great detox oils and can help speed the overall process up tremendously.

These foods are great for protecting your digestive system from the changes that are about to occur during the detox. Also, they consist of the following: fresh garlic, black grapes, parsley tea, beet juice, carrot juice, vegetable juice, dandelion tea, chamomile tea, and fennel. However, there are specially made detox teas available at your local health food store.

Another concept of Three days diet consists of meals with low calorie intake.

Day 1

Breakfast: a cup of coffee or green tea with little sugar. If you prefer to either of those two then drink a glass of grapefruit juice. Eat a slice of black bread toast with peanut butter.
Lunch: a tin of tuna with a little slice of toast and a glass of water or a cup of coffee.
Dinner: A small strip of lean meat with vegetables cooked in steam (carrots and green beans).
For dessert you can eat a house of vanilla ice cream, a medium apple and a glass of water or tea.


Day 2

Breakfast: A cup of coffee or tea, an egg (boiled or fried), a slice of toast and a banana.
Lunch: Cottage cheese or tuna, 5 crackers, a glass of water or tea.
Dinner: A suitable strip of grilled beef with cabbage, broccoli and carrots cooked in steam (measuring one cup less of each).
For dessert: a small cup of vanilla ice cream, a banana. For drinks you can drink water or unsweetened tea.


Day 3

Breakfast: a cup of coffee, tea or a glass of water, five crackers, a slice of cheddar cheese and an apple.
Lunch: a hard boiled egg, a slice of toast and a cup of coffee, tea or water.
Dinner: a tin of tuna with carrots and cauliflower (quantity is measured with a small cup).


Warning: Diet should not be applied to more than three days. Do not make a habit of it!
