5. Licorice Tea
It is made from the licorice flavored herb that grows in Asia and is usually even sweeter than sugar, but has 0 calories. The root of this plant has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties, and containing therapeutic compounds that soothe sore throats.
6. Ginger Tea
It is anti-inflammatory (contains anti-inflammatory agents) and acts as a medicine. Ginseng tea also increases libido and bring benefits female sexual gland, but also the male, increasing sperm count and enhancing sexual satisfaction.
